This is a simple arcade game where you play a firefly who must devour other fireflies to grow bigger. This game was originally made for a 14-day long game jam called LOWREZ JAM.

The challenge was to make any game designed to be played in a 64x64 resolution.

Having such a tiny window that contains only 128 pixels total to represent a game and UI was hard.

You can only eat enemy bugs that are equal to your size or smaller. Eat 10 bugs to grow in size.

Controls: WASD: Movement Shift: Speed Powerup Space: Explosive Powerup

Powerups: Eat colored bugs to gain specific powerups. Green = Speed, Blue = Shield, Red = Explosive AOE Attack

Made for the lowrezjam, specifically designed to be 64x64 resolution.

I wanted to add more features, but time got the best of me.. Will most likely upgrade this game/prototype to a slightly (only slightly) higher resolution where you zoom out upon growing, with expanded map and mechanics.
